Free Community Vaccine Clinic at Hope Harbor Children's Center

Hope Harbor Children's Center is partnering with the San Juan County Health Department to host a free community vaccination clinic for children and youth under 19 years of age.

Nurses from San Juan County Health will be on site at Hope Harbor Children's Center, providing vaccines at no cost.

Clinic Schedule

  • 5:00–5:30 PM: During our regular operating hours, enrolled children may receive vaccinations without a parent present, provided a signed consent-to-treat form has been completed in advance.

  • Beginning at 5:30 PM: The clinic will open to all children and youth under 19 who need vaccinations.

Families can feel confident that registration information is kept private. Information is not shared with the federal government beyond the child's name and date of birth, which are required for vaccine administration and recordkeeping.

A Spanish-speaking nurse will be available to answer questions and assist families in their home language.
