Ms. Kristall

Master Teacher

Kristall discovered her love of working with children at an early age. Her mother, an experienced Special Education teacher, introduced her to the world of education through a lens rooted in nature, creativity, and compassion. Through this exposure, Kristall witnessed firsthand the power of hands-on learning and child-led discovery.

Kristall brings over 15 years of experience in Montessori education, most recently coming from Bellevue Montessori, a state-of-the-art and highly regarded program known for its innovative and intentional learning environments. Throughout her career, she has been deeply inspired by the children in her care and the philosophy that honors a child’s innate ability to lead their own learning.

Observing children guide themselves and their teachers through emotional, social, and academic growth has shaped her strong belief that children thrive when given the right environment, trust, and support.

In addition to her work in early childhood education, Kristall is also an animal behaviorist who specializes in helping animals with behavioral challenges find safety, regulation, and peace. Her background in child behavioral psychology and animal behavior informs her calm, observant, and deeply empathetic approach to teaching. Kristall is passionate about creating environments for both children and animals that support self-discovery, emotional safety, and meaningful growth.
